Ausgezeichnet! - Award winning!

Heute hat es mich ganz herzlich erwischt!

Das Rotkehlchen und ich haben nämlich einen Award bekommen für unsere kleine Kreativwelt, die wir uns hier so zurechtgesponnen haben. 

Vielen Dank, liebe Jana!! Das freut mich total, dass Dir dieser Blog so gut gefällt!

Ich erwische mich oft dabei, wie ich mich ein bißchen schäme, dass in diesem Blog manchmal so lange Pausen entstehen, was mir wiederum zeigt, was mein Blog für mich ist: eine Art Barometer meiner Kreativität, meiner Motivation, meiner Launen und meiner Lebensumstände. Wenn ich etwas "erschaffe", geht es mir gut oder besser. Wenn ich nichts schaffe, bin ich oft beunruhigt darüber. Ich möchte so gerne noch viel mehr machen und dieses "Tagebuch" füllen.

Der Austausch, der dabei entsteht ist wunderbar wertvoll, neue Köpfe voller Ideen kennenzulernen, oft über Ländergrenzen und Ozeane hinweg, manchmal überraschend um die Ecke. Eigentlich ist es doch toll, was für uns möglich ist!

Und nun soll ich euch 10 rein zufällige Dinge über mich erzählen....? Hmmmm.

1. Ich wohne in diesem Jahr das 10. Jahr in Kiel. Jubiläum!
2. Ich träume von einem Balkon, einem Garten oder einem Leben auf dem Land.
3. Ich könnte mir ein Leben ohne Haustiere nicht vorstellen (derzeit eine Schneetigerkatze).
4. Ich werde mir in ein paar Tagen meine Haare ratzekurz abschneiden - und freue mich schon riesig darauf! (Mein Kopfthema Nr 1, beschämend unwichtig eigentlich...)
5. Ich versuche derzeit, das Malen auf Leinwand wieder anzufangen. Ein erster Versuch steht nebenan, ist aber noch nicht fertig.
6. Ich brauche unbedingt noch mehr selbstgestrickte Mützen!Kurze Haare, kalter Wind...klar!
7. Meine letzten gekauften CDs: Kate Bush "50 words for snow" ... Feist "Metals" und ich wünschte, ich würde Tom Waits besser verstehen (schon rein akustisch!)
8. Ich werde diesen Frühling meine Blumen selber ziehen und das erste Mal Balkonkästen auf dem Fenstersims haben!
9. Ich mag lieber den Norden als den Süden und irgendwann will ich mal nach Island.
10. Ich bin überzeugter Vegetarier! 

Weitergeben möchte ich diesen Award an Nisse von What's in a Treehouse. Ich habe das Baumhaus erst vor kurzem entdeckt und mag sehr ihre Werke und ihren ganz eigenen Stil. 

Ein weiterer geht an Annette von Dandelion Handfilz, die mit viel Kreativität und Humor ihren Blog und seit neuestem auch einen Shop führt. Hut ab! Das finde ich toll! 

Und der dritte Award geht an Saara, the finnish girl behind the camera, für einen ganz tollen Fotoblog, bei dem die Bilder meist für sich sprechen.

I often catch myself being a bit ashamed about the long breaks that occur on this blog every now and then. And this shows me what this blog is to me: a sort of barometer to my creativity, my motivation, my moods and my living conditions. When I create something I feel good and better. When I don't create it makes me feel worried. I'd still like to do a lot more and fill up this "diary". 
The exchange with other creative minds full of ideas is such a wonderful thing. Often the words spread over borders and oceans, sometimes just around the next corner. Isn't it great what we can do?

And now I still got to tell you 10 things about me, picked randomly...  

1. I'm living the 10th year in Kiel now. Jubilee!
2. I'm dreaming of a balkony, a garden or a rural life.
3. I couldn't imagine a life without pets (at the moment a snowtigered cat).
4. I will cut off my hair down to the roots in a few days and I'm looking forward to it so much (My No 1 thought at the moment, embarrassingly unimportant to be honest...)
5. At the moment I'm trying to get back to painting on canvas. The first try is in the room next door but not finished yet.
6. I really need more knitted hats! Short hair, cold wind... you see.
7. My last bought CDs: Kate Bush "50 words for snow" and Feist "Metals" and I really wish I could understand Tom waits a bit better (acoustically for the beginning!)
8. This spring I will grow flowers in my first flowerpots outside on the windowsill!
9. I rather like the north than the south and one fine day I'd like to visit Iceland.
10. I'm a convinced vegetarian!

I'd like to hand over this award to Nisse from What's in a Treehouse. I've discovered the Treehouse just recently and I really like her work and her very own style. 

Another one goes to Annette from Dandelion Handfilz, who's writing her blog with lots of creativity and humor and she has opened her very own shop recently. Hats off! That's really great! 

And the third award I'd like to give to Saara, the finnish girl behind the camera and her wonderful blog filled up with photography that speaks so much for itself.
