Wieder da! - Back again!

Nach langer Blogpause ist das Rotkehlchen wieder da! 

Entschuldigt, dass ihr so lange auf den Brokkoli gucken musstet. 

Was ist inzwischen passiert? Bei der Arbeit wurde ein Jubiläum gefeiert und die Urlaubsplanung für den Sommer ist angelaufen. B und mich verschlägt es in den Norden zu Vulkanen und Geysiren. Ein Traum geht in Erfüllung...

Und abgesehen von neuen sportlichen Aktivitäten und nervigen Arztbesuchen ist endlich mein Baktus No2 fertig geworden.

After a long break the robin is back again! Sorry that you had to look at the broccoli for such a long time! What has happened in the meantime? Well, we had a jubilee celebration at work and the planning for our summer holidays is very busy. B and I will be heading north to see vulcanos and geysers. It's a dream coming true for me.... I'm REALLY excited!

And apart from new sporty activities and annoying appointments at the doc I finally finished my second Baktus.

Die Wolle ist eine Mischung aus Alpaka und Seide, handgesponnen und handgefärbt - nein, nicht von mir. Ist gekauft. :) Und es steht schon das nächste Projekt in den Startlöchern, doch das wird etwas länger dauern. Ein "Synchronstrickprojekt" mit meiner Schwester zusammen, denn gemeinsam stricken spornt an - ein Pullover! Und wie ihr seht, sieht man noch GAR NICHTS außer Wolle.

The wool is an alpaca/ silk mix, handspun & dyed - no, not by myself. I bought it. :) And the next project is just about to start but I'm afraid it will take it's time. A synchronised knitting project together with my sister. This will encourage us to finish a - jersey! And as you can see, there's nothing to be seen but wool yet!

Ich hatte euch doch vor einiger Zeit von meinem Blumenkasten-vor-dem-Fenster Vorhaben erzählt. Er steht in voller Blüte und ich genieße meinen kleinen Garten mitten in der Stadt jeden Tag! :) Schön!

Remember that I had told you about my plans of having a flower pot outside my window? It's in full bloom now and I'm enjoying my own little garden in the middle of the city so much every day! :) 

It's just beautiful!

Amy hat derweil einen neuen Lieblingsplatz. Sie beobachtet die Spaziergänger auf der Straße und die Meisen in der Birke vor dem Fenster.....

Meanwhile Amy has found a new place to relax. She's sitting on the window sill watching people walking by or - even better - the tits flying around in the birch...
